Advance check-in: 24 hours before your scheduled departure please e-mail or contact your local Concierge providing them with your registered username, reservation number, and amount of luggage that will be checked-in.
At the Airport: For your convenience we have set up a service module where you will be greeted, your pre-printed boarding pass and baggage claim will be provided, and our courteous representatives will direct you to your appropriate gate. Required check-in is at least 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time. During any holiday season we recommend that you be at our airport counters with more time in advance prior to the scheduled departure time to prevent overcrowded counters and congestion at security check points.
